About Membership

Becoming a member gives you peace of mind knowing a trusted team of home maintenance professionals is always just a call or email away. With flexible membership options, you gain priority access to experienced technicians and only pay for the services you need. It’s a simple, affordable way to protect your home, save time, and take stress out of ongoing property care.

Membership Levels

Silver Membership—$50/month

Ideal for homeowners who want access to HMO’s trusted service network.

Includes:

Access to all HMO home maintenance and property services
HMO technicians and maintenance crew available on an hourly basis
Access to HMO’s trusted service network of vendors and partners
Optional vendor coordination and project oversight (management fee may apply)

Best for:
Homeowners who want a trusted team when needed.

Gold Membership—$150/month

For homeowners who want proactive home care and preventative maintenance. Includes everything in Silver, plus:

One complimentary maintenance hour each month (can only be applied to work done by an HMO maintenance technician)
Annual Ten-Point Preventive Maintenance Inspection
Written home condition report
Vendor coordination and project oversight available

Best for:
Homeowners who want routine oversight and early detection of issues.

Platinum Membership—$500/month

Our full concierge property management service is for homeowners who want complete peace of mind. Includes everything in Gold, plus:

Two complimentary maintenance hours per month (can only be applied to work done by an HMO maintenance technician)
Spring and Fall Ten-Point Preventive Maintenance Inspections
Full-service property management and oversight
Vendor scheduling and coordination
Monthly financial reporting available upon request
Reduced vendor and partner management fee (10%)

Best for:
Busy homeowners, second homes, or estates requiring ongoing professional management.

Fees

In addition to your monthly membership fee, HMO technician services are billed per person per hour at member rates.

Work done by HMO’s trusted service network of vendors and partners is billed at actual plus a management fee. Management fees are a percentage of the actual cost and differ by membership level.
